Also, the picture of my pet is red. Why is that?

The pet is REALLY hungry and is losing loyalty quickly. Loyalty affects the pets growth.

The color of the image indicates how well the pet is, the more red the picture the more hungry it is. Eventually the picture goes green, and then when full the strange colors disappear. If a pet is hungry, its loyalty goes down drastically, and is harder to recover.

The Yellow Bar shows loyalty. Loyalty shows how strong the pet is and how fast it levels. You want it between 25%-50%, but if you can go higher, that's even better.

Pets love spring water (an item).

The spring water was already given to you by that npc. You got about 500 bottles.

when u feed until full of loyalyty, using cash item which cost 1 gold , the item prevent ur pet hungry, so it would not drop loyalty.

i dont think so, coz flying mouts not a pet.
in normal speed , no need any spends
in fast speed, u need get the strone by broke equipmeny through blacksmith, tyalor or jewelly.

By the other foods. I used them, and got my pet loyalty to 100 pretty easily. They cost more, but it's a lot faster. But some pets don't take food from the NPC. It really depends, but the one's that I used did.

Tor, Nav's Pet is only getting 1 Loyalty because it's hunger is in red/critical. The water gives 10 loyalty if the pet is full. That's how bad things are right now.

Pet food always has a huge cooldown, it can't be helped. Putting a pet away rapidly to avoid loyalty loss or hunger just makes things worse. Keeping a pet happy is a harsh and tedious process which takes a lot of concentration.

And while the "mounts" (Beast flight device) does not need any sort of feeding, flying pets do.
