fireworks can be purchased from the item mall.
the messages come with the firework of your choice.
this appears to be in japanese.

it can happen whenever you feel like spending a ton of money on buy them :lol: they don't put up free shows like this for your pleasure.

Gosh, that's pretty intriguing. I wonder if they will be selling any special fireworks for Halloween or Christmas? You know have the holiday colors and themes as a mainstay in the fireworks.

so far, no customization for fireworks, they did have special messages for the chinese lunar year and such, so maybe they'll have something for xmas =)
