Shining weapons.

After playing Beta a bit, I realised a few people have Shining and Glowing weapons. How do you obtain the glow?

Also, I have a few items which in their description they increase accuracy if added onto an item, is this how you get the glow? But putting the stone on the weapon? And is this different to 'refining'?

Most of the people got the blue glowing weapon as a reward from the level 20 dungeon quest.

Archers get a red glow through Blood Bath (I think). It's a skill that enchants their weapon with fire damage? Not sure about this, but I see archers glowing red a lot, and they usually have this effect on.

Ya thats a archer skill. Anyway you can get a shining weapon from the dungeon quest or crafting a 3 star weapon.

you also get a glow by refining an equipment:

purple glow = life
red glow = physical defense (armor) /damage (weapon)
white glow = magical defense (armor) /damage (weapon)

i forgot the other ones.

only equipment with 2 or more slots can be refined to glow, and you must use grade 5 or above stones to get the glow.

i've been playing hard on the chinese server, my werefox is almost lvl 84 now :D they have special events for the chinese holiday, hehe~ sorry i'm not able to join you guys yet, i'm gonna wait for the american release.

for weapons<<<

blue glowing weapons are known as superior weapons most would just call it a 3 star weapon indicated by the 3 stars that is prefixed at the item name these are colored purple.. and yes there are 2 star weaposn that glow too.. but it is rare..
weapons can have different effects accompanying with the glow.. if the item has 2 slots and is a lvl7 (item rank) inserting 2 lvl 7 stones of the same kind will give an aura at the weapon.. the lvl 8 stones give a lightning aura.. lvl 7 ranked weapons require lvl 60+

for armors:

ONLY tier 5 armors and have 2 slots at least are eligible to glow..

you insert the same type of lvl 5 stones to those slots..

crimson soul stone -- firey glow effect -- raises defense (increases atk for weapons)
mist soul stone -- misty white glow effect -- raises magical defense (increases magical attack for weapons)
ivy soul stone -- bluish glow effect -- increases MP (same for weps)
amber soul stone -- purplish glow effect -- increases HP (same for weps)
keen soul stone -- golden glow effect -- raises evation (increases chance to hit rating for weps)

*** tip: a 3 star 4 slot weapon or armor is very rare..

HOLY WEAPONS:::::::

while dungeon raiding you may come across mold drops...these are for holy items.. also known as legendary items.. when you have them.. go to dragon city.. by the rank officer are smoking pots.. there you can craft these holy items which usually need other crafting materials.. oh and the holy weapons glow gold!!

there are also elemental stones aside from those mentioned above (soul stones)

white jade -- increase metal damage for weps.. metal def for armors
green jade -- increase wood damage for weps.. wood def for armors
black jade -- increase water damage for weps .. water def for armors
red jade-- increase fire damage for weps.. fire def for armors
yellow jade-- increase earth damage for weps.. earth def for armors
