Snow wolven should drop rocco man which is what you need.

Thx man, I kill that thing like 25 times. Gave up, cuz I thought I was killing the wrong one's.

U sure man? I been killing these wolves for 30 mintues straight...still nothing. I just talked to someone and they said, it's a flower at residual mountain.... This sucks.

they dropped on my 9th kill XD
But I had to kill 30 vanguards for a quest so I stayed a bit.
