Every time I go on to the main page of this website (home) the sections do not work. They are just blank. No board index, no search, nothing. Is it just me or is it for everyone else also.

Works for me, that's where my bookmarks go, and the link still works for me. Not sure why they don't for you.
It's their website. It is really slow. Especially the front page.

Yeah just recently I've been seeing that part of the links are not there. It's blank.
