City State Battle Help

I play in Perfect World Philippines.. My clan is stuck well kinda after having occupied 6 territories we want to capture a level 2 territory.. now i know there are some players here from other foreign PW's and im kinda hoping you can give me a link to about how to deal with the city state battles.. or has nayone done it yet? i've heard a rumor that PW china wasn't able to capture a state city even after having 20 or more lvl 100+ members in the battle..

The english version had TBs disabled, because expected level was only level 50. We will expect it to happen during Open Beta, and everyone will learn the details then.

<.< I want to know if TBs have any dependency of guild leader's status, to properly pre-plan for this.

well if i can get my hands on the english version client then. maybe i'd drop in and play with you guys then :D .. the quests are still the same i expect.. only the npc and mob names may have changed.. every client has to translate it from chinese which is so tedious..
