Anyone know how to extract the smilies?

No, you need a hacker, the data with that information is heavily encrypted. It also means they want it not touched.

I mean, in comparison, they expose the game music and the cursors, but hide things such as that. It means they don't want it revealed.

<.< You could us their cursors though for the website, if you dhtml them in. I would recommend not lagging page loads with music.

if you're talking about the font in my sig, it's named "vladimir script" me thinks it's already included in the font files alongside the Microsoft Office 2003 installation... ^^;;

ip restriction is only applicable in-game.

With the amount of foreign players asking here on the boards how they can play PW-Ph and why they can't connect to the game from wherever they may be, the answer is yes.

The bigger question is if they can understand the content--not all content here is in English, and you can't force the community to write in English just so they could understand.

tl;dr, you can visit our boards. problem is whether or not you guys can understand some of the posts that is written in Filipino(the native language of us people from the Philippines...) ^_^

I've been to games where the official language is English, and complained to every instance of a player with the inability to speak English on that server.

Such is not complaints that they do not speak my language (as if I hold it in superiority), but that they do not speak the language the server is intended for.

As a result, I would never complain about my lack of understanding others in a non-English game because if I am there in the first place, I am expected to know their language.

As such, I have no interest in your PH server, nor would I support anyone English trying to play there and not understanding things. Such is their own fault. As well, I have no plans to register on your forums, because I do not have the local language. To me, such is a mandatory requirement to join a community, without exception.

It is why I felt like a rouge on MY-CN, but such is also why I never talked to anyone, and never partied. I did not belong there, so I did nothing to try and fit in. Now, all I use it for is to create character templates. Soon even that will hold no place for me.

Maybe in the future the staff will make it so we can use them eventually. If not, they must love their unique smilies so much they don't want other sites/companies stealing them. o-O
