Are there problems with the game?

For the last couple of days I have not been able to log onto the Oracle server.
My e-mail to customer service bounced.
I have not received the conformation message for my Registration to the main site forums.

A friend has not received his registration conformation for the GAME in three days.
(mine came almost immediately)
HIS e-mail to customer service bounced.

The game is down because the closed beta has ended. It'll be back up in a week.
