Not connecting to server?

The game won't connect to the server after I start it up. It won't load the announcements either, says "page not found". Anything I can do?

First, the announcement page was never finished, so that is all it will say anyways.
Secondly, the server is down due to closed beta being over. Please wait for open beta.
