Going Dual Axes

I have decided I will be going dual axes for my warrior. I did some research, and found that each level up I should put my stats into 3 Str 1 con and 1 dex. Would you agree with this or not?

you have about 30 levels to reconsider that if you do plan to change weapon specialties.. at 29, you have to choose a path..
