Claw or Sword

Hi, I am going to make a warrior and I was wondering would should I go with? I usually like fast speedy attacks with high damage like a ninja. Which one should I go with sword or claw cause I hear they both attack fast, but which one does more dmg in the overall process. K thanks

fists are faster but deal a lot less damage (way too little in my opinion.) fist warrior crit rates arent that reliable either. vigor (used for certain skills like diamon sutra) goes up faster for fists though which is always useful. id say go with swords if you wanna deal higher damage

so far as fist/claw warrior i do okay against other warriors in duels but mages, werebeasts and archers all pwn me

but im only level 41 atm so maybe aaerdan will do a better job enlightening you. heres a helpful topic that deals with the hardships of an agi fist/claw warrior build XD

As per Erinesurance's post, plus...

Gloves and claws alternate as the character reaches the level required to use them, so there is really no actual grounds for comparison aside from looks.

Meaning, at level X, the weapon you can use is a glove, at level X+Y you can use the claw (higher damage than the glove), at level X+Y+Z you can use the next glove (higher damage than the claw), and so on.

Claw or glove, the attack speed is 1.43.

i would suggest sword...single handed sword attacks 1.11...and if u r more to a agi build,ur phy atk and def is low...if u add phy atk and def soulstones to ur armor,wat happens to ur hp soulstones??without hp soulstones,wat happens to ur hp??low...yes,a fist wr has high agi but it doesnt increase ur atk like wat agi will do to EA....its dodge rate could be high but lets say a sword WR (which has high phy atk) and equipped with lingyun molder(adds accuracy) against a fist wr...one attack does hell lotta dmg..so i still would say sword would be a better choice...but actually its mah opinion...its up to u to choose anything....
