The dye system in this game is out of hand. If one does not cash shop, it would cost 4 million for 10 RANDOM dyes. This may or may not give you a full attempt to dye a whole outfit.

Don't ask people to give you cheap white dye. It's not going to happen.

When you buy the ten pack of "random" dyes do you get an assortment of colors or do you not know the color til you use the dye? I've heard both.

The latter. I think Ignazia is speaking of buying the normal dye pack though, which picks a random color dye to give to you (could be white, black, red, etc. or "random"). It's kind of confusing, but "random" dye, when used on a piece of clothing, can give any color after you use it, even ones you can't normally get by using normal dyes.
