Spiritual Cultivation?

Can't learn new skills. I receive this message:

You have not reached the required spiritual cultivation level

Why? Please explain.

Open the Character Stats window (just press "C"). Above the area where your stats are given, you will find your Cultivation level (along with character name, class, guild/clan, spouse, etc).

Cultivation Missions/Quests: It is essential for players to continuously cultivate their skills in order to improve their own skills and avoid death. Players can ascend their skills into the celestial world, demon world or even divine world. As such, the cultivation mission will allow a player to break though their own limitations and achieve a completely new skill level. A player who does not complete these missions is unable to learn new skills.

So basically go to your ... Elder(?) go to "Quest Related" and it should be in a yellow-ish font. After you've completed that quest your "Cultivation level" will change from whatever it said before to something new. Then you can go get whatever skill it was that you wanted.

So hover over that skill and check what "Cultivation level" is needed and you can check yours as well.

Ur lvl and culti will both fit criteria b4 able to learn tat skills.

ur culti lvl will keep rising but tat does not means u cannot pump the skills tat nid the culti lvl u hav achieved b4.
meaning higher ur culti lvl u can learn more skills ;)

Hi im new to this game and forums.

Iv got a lvl 9 barbarian and Cultivation is still at Spiritual Initiate, iv been to elder he told me to do a quest, to get a token from top of north gate, done that and handed it in. But my Cultivation is still same :( .

any help on what I might be doing wrong please.
