Hi, Any Suggestions for WR Weapons/Stat Distribution/Skills?

Alright so, I wasted some coin/sp into some useless skills already, and would like to know which skills to place into.
StreamStrike- What is threat level? why is this important? it gets completely owned compared to other skills, but i leveled it to 3 already >_<

and uh.. if we use too much spirit in the wrong things we can still get enough back to buy our good skills right?

Which weapon ends up dealing the most damage, what weapon has the best pvp damage and is well balanced at AoE PvE? or PvE 1v1 works if the damage is great. Any Tips appreciated thanks!

stream strike is good only against big bosses if u love to tank,say HH bosses...lvl 1 is just more than enough....cause most of the time when the bosses have 50% or less HP,they will switch aggro to DDs like EAs and MGs (especially pure intel)...
