Attacking Speed?

how do make my guy hit faster im a lvl 9 blademaster using a dual swords build

attack speed doesnt change as you level up. the only way you can get a faster attack speed is through "swift" and that comes from certain weapons that have that power, for example the blue spear you get from after your FB19 (not sure about the others @_@) or from certain skills, like the fist specific AOE skill Cyclone Kick
