Just starting a WR.

So, I'm JUST starting a WR, in fact I still didn't finish DLing the game, but i like information before i dive into a game.
First off, where, what, who do i do/talk to to find quests? is it user friendly?
How/what skills should i max?
Is there like an in depth guide about the ins and outs of WRs? do males/females have certain cets like FLyFF or is everything the same just spec. to the male/female body (like WoW or Runescape)?
Can apothecaries make pots to heal HP?
Do i need any MP? ( i would assume not, but still)
What skill should i go into first? (Apoth, tailor, Smith, and the other one i forgot the name of).
I read swords are good, is this true? ( I know it personal preference, but i like others opinion)
what is the average point distribution per lvl?
Does HP and all that go up every lvl? (I would assume so).
Ummm, no more questions as of now, but if i think of anymore I will ask them.

1) For finding quests: http://www.1perfectworld.com/quests_in/ , You'd press "search mission". Then put the coordinates in your (icon at the very top left; arrow pointing @ something) map "signal". We have all the quests in our wiki area if you need or want to check the rewards ect

2) You said WR but I'm assuming you meant Blademaster. Lots of different guides @ the officials : http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/forumdisplay.php?f=11
3) Apothecary make things that are like.. for example item buffs. Recover HP, gain vigor, reducing damage for x amount of time and there's a lot more

4)MP is needed for skills, whatever guide you look @ or whatever will tell you if you'll need more Int or not.
5)Whatever skill you think will benefit you.
-Skipped the sword question, you'll find pros and cons of the weaps. Or one of our WR will post :3
6)5 is the average distribution point, I don't know if it changes when you're a higher level.
7)HP and MP go up every level.

Oh.. also for quests, NPCs will have a gold crest shape on top of them if they have a quest for you.

EDIT: Why isn't Sanctuary on the list for servers (on here to choose from?)
Because My friends are on Sanctuary on PWI, are those servers not PWI?

Also, what is the max level in this game?

One of our admins has to add Sanctuary to the list. :3

I'm not sure about the max level for Int, it's definetly 100+ since I remember hearing My's max was 118.

as long as its not like flyff where you go back half way and lvl all the way up again at half exp =/

Yes there is, There's an npc near something that looks like blue lightening (it's animated and not hard to miss). I've never actually gone inside however :3
