What Skills should I be concentrating as a pure int non PVP solo oriented veno?

5) Ironwood Scarab
6) Fox Form
7) Wood mastery
8) Swimming Mastery
9) Soul Transfusion
10) Windwalk
11) Lucky Scarab
12) Bramble Guard
13) Bramble Hood
14) Metabolic Boost
15) Nature's Grace

Question, if I want Lucky scarab, can I skip Blazing, Frost scarabs and Noxious Gas?

Those skills look fine to me. And you have to get level 1 Blazing, Frost, and Noxious to level up Lucky Scarab but after that you can just ignore those if you wish.
