View Full Version : My First Class
I tested this class first because, I heard a rumor that you can instantly start to fly. And it's true. The world of Perfect world is huge. If anyone wants to see the world, this is a class to pick. Also it's pretty easy to play. And the female chars is quite hot.

Hahaha ooo I'm interested in this class. Only Priests can fly at start, or can other classes too?

They're not priests...and yeah only the Yu Ling and Yu Mang can fly at the start.
Yup. It's a good class to start exploring the world with. It's pretty huge.

They are... wiki has translated them to priests and description makes them sound like one. The english version might not exactly have that name but same thing anyway. I know I'm chinese but I don't remember the chinese names! xDD

Seems like a good class. Can they revive?

Yes they can. I saw it in a trailer.
The sucky thing about them is you can't fly forever. They have like a limit or soemthing.

WHAT!? Please tell me flying mounts don't have this.
Oooh. Wings right at the start sounds intriguing. But this class is less strong than Fa Shih right? This class is more support? ><

^ Could be, unless they make it like Fiesta where the cleric class can fight as well. But from the looks of it, it looks like it might be weaker like other games because they already have like 4 other damage dealing classes. Random guess though.

This class is good if you like to play in a group, as a supportive role - you heal and revive most of the time. Although you could have high powers after lvl 60, your cloth armor means you won't be able to sustain much physical damage. So if you like making friends and not so much PvP, go for this class. Have fun~ And Sno, I would agree with you on this class being weaker than the Fa Shih (Mage). But, to be a killer Mage, you have to spend tons of real money to purchase special armor/weapon and to tweak your build later on, and since this is a free-to-play game, most people don't like to spend too much on anything. So playing the wings is the cheaper way to go.

ok, I've heard that mages can levatate, elves can fly, and also that priests can fly too.
I just thought it was note worthy (since I dont see this said anywhere) that elves can only fly for a limited amount of time. Preists can fly forever.
Of course this info is from Wikipedia, so god only knows how accurate it is, but I personally find Wiki to be acurate most of the time.
Sorry if this is redundant, but for those who haven't played yet, it may effect their race descision xP
I'm going with priest so I can explore the world

Humans fly using swords later, Priests are Elves, and Beasts ride on flying beasts.
All classes use the flight limit, no exception. There is no difference in flight for any class, minus that elf classes get wings at the start, and the others need to wait to fly.

"Their race is blessed with wings and can fly for a short distance as an innate attribute"
That's what I was getting the whole thing about elves only being able to fly for a certain amount of time from. If you didn't write that, I guess someone else did.

There is a talk page for it, and it is full of that second half. Perhaps I should just mention it on the talk page and see what everyone thinks. >.x

Well, as a lvl 15 Elf Priest in Closed Beta I can confirm that PRIESTS
can fly as long as you want. While the archer may not be able to due to the 2MP
used per second, the Priest is capable since our MP Regen is very high. I went AFK
in the air with my wings and 2 hours later I was still in the air with wings o.o;
Correct me if im wrong due to bad examples?
Edit: And yes this thread is 6 days old D:
Sorry xP

A Priest does not loose mp while in the air when flying. A priest suffers in the air because all air actions cost mp for a priest and mp is not restored while flying. An Archer lasts longer fighting in the air then a Priest does, but a Priest can stay in air longer doing nothing.
This is only true with the default wings though. From what I hear, the 30+ 'wings' restores mp recovery and can last forever for all classes. However, the flight passive skill does not work with 30+ wings.

Actions cost MP, but if you aren't in combat, MP will be restored.

Ah well, doesn't matter much. The important part was the change at 30 even for elves. Elves need to remember that the Flight Passive skill does not work with 30+ wings. >.x

the limit in the wingkins flight is only limited until level 30.. at level 30 you are given your level 2 wings for other races.. this is where they start to fly.. wherein flying has no limit but accelerated flying does.. to recharge your accelerated flight, simply break down weapons and armors and drag the broken down products to your flight item..
and there are also cash shop flying items available humans can have the meteor, flaming like sword... beasts can have the hymn.. a very big swan.. and the wingkin can either have butterfly lovers- very colorful butterfly wings and ingenuity- metal type wings!!

All classes use the flight limit, no exception.
Allow me to explain that. ;)
Flight limit means two things: (1) flight-over-time gauge for mankind and beastkind and (2) MP gauge for wingkind. Wingkind's flight gauge is reflective of their MP gauge. As long as their MP is not depleted, they can fly literally forever (just make sure that you don't use up all of your energy when you're engaged in aerial combats or whatever aerial stunts  ).

And yes, at level 30, you can seem to fly forever but the accelerated flight gauge is still there.
