Subscribing to threads?

Is there an option that lets me automatically subscribe threads that I have posted in? Or do I need to manually subscribe it?

I can't find an option like that but I could be a bit blind as usual. ><"

at the very bottom of the page, it has an option to book mark and subscribe.
