View Full Version : How's the Grind In This Game?
Compared to other MMORPG's how's the grind? Is it tougher or easier? I haven't found one person to party with so far, so I'm not sure if it's like other mmorpg's where u get bonus exp when u party with someone or whatever.
Base on my lvl 12, the grind is sorta hard but pretty fast compared to scion of fate or something. Plus being able to 1 hit monsters at lvl 1 is a + i guess :o

Grinding is cool if you are a mage. Soooooo many spells to choose. Its fun when you are a Tamer because you dont actually do the fighting(though you could help your pet) and if you party im pretty sure you get bonus exp but I never did party so Im not sure.
Wow, one hit monsters? Mages must be strong then. I hope the grind isn't too hard or too easy though. Never played Scion so it's kinda hard for me to compare with that, but what about compared to Flyff Tor?
I hope this game isn't Support reliant or Party reliant either though. But I read quests give the most exp, so that's a good thing ^^ Is there a max level?

Quest's are the way to go. I got to lvl 12 in a day or 2 with doing quests :D It's a little hard to follow them though due to the language, but should be sweet in english! Grinding mob's is pretty easy till lvl 6 or so, but then quests are way to go.

Is that at max graphics? o_o It's really awesome. I doubt I can play with high settings until I get a new desktop.

You can get to lvl 20 pretty fast if you try hard enough. Some classes probably faster than others. Most quest gives you like 5-60% exp. Well atleast the one's that I notice.
The exp weird...sometimes I notice i get xx amount on one monster, and then xxx amount on another. I haven't partied with anyone yet...so I still don't know how that would effect exp.
So if i were to compare with flyff, I would say that flyff is faster from 1-20. Then again...I guess it's also because the world is so huge and there's so many npc's you have to talk to, it's takes up a bit of time.
